Hotel valet accused of assaulting man in downtown Greenville

GREENVILLE, SC (WSPA) – Police have arrested a hotel valet accused of assaulting another person in downtown Greenville, Tuesday afternoon.

23-year-old Ryan Francis Maher is charged with second degree Assault and Battery.

According to Greenville Police, the victim said that he was kicked in the face by the valet outside the Home 2 Suites on North Main Street.

Police say Maher left the scene but was identified through his employer, Lanier Parking.

The victim was taken to the hospital for his injuries, including swollen eyes and bleeding from his face.
