Hundreds support veterans in Upstate motorcycle ride

News

ANDERSON, S.C. (WSPA) — Hundreds of motorcyclists from across the Upstate gathered for the 12th annual You Are Not Forgotten Motorcycle Ride.

The ride benefits veterans at the Richard M. Campbell Veterans Nursing Home

More than 800 riders took part in Sunday’s ride. Many are veterans themselves.

Over the years, they have raised thousands of dollars to help the nursing home provide toiletries, clothes, books and other items not supplied by the government to veterans.

There are about 220 veterans at the nursing home.
