JONESVILLE, SC (WSPA) – The Union Co. Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a Jonesville Police car was hit with eggs and chocolate syrup.

It happened on Oct. 30 at the backside of City Park on West Main St.

The officer said he parked his police car in the parking lot around 7 p.m. last night.

When he came outside the next afternoon he saw someone had thrown eggs and chocolate syrup all over the exterior.

The officer said he believed some local kids did it to celebrate Halloween.
