Lanes and ramps reopen at Gateway Project after flooding

News

GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) — All lanes and ramps are back open after flooding from tropical storm Michael prompted closures on Thursday.

Around 9:45 p.m. Thursday, crews removed orange barrels to open up one lane of the ramp at exit 36 A that takes drivers from I-385 southbound to I-85 northbound that had previously been closed.

The exit was closed Thursday morning due to flooding from Tropical Storm Michael.

Vehicles use exit 36 A to travel from Greenville to Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport and Spartanburg.
