CHARLOTTE, NC (WSPA) – The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Franklin Graham honored the late Rev. Billy Graham on Wednesday on what would have been his 100th birthday.
Franklin Graham spoke to members of the media at 1:30 p.m. at the Billy Graham Library about his father, and then at 2 p.m. community members came to the library for a book signed of Franklin Graham’s latest release, “Through My Father’s Eyes.”

According to a news release, the book took almost 12 years to finish and Franklin Graham share details about his father and the impact his dad had on his life.
The Bill Graham Evangelistic Association also announced the public release of the film, “Billy Graham: An Extraordinary Journey.”
“My father’s image will remain etched in my mind and his voice will ring in my ears,” Franklin Graham said. “The lessons I have learned through my father’s eyes have anchored me and made me realize that what he taught me was what he also learned through his Father’s eyes from heaven.”
