ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WSPA) – The Asheville Fire Department is investigating a gas leak that happened on Monday morning.
According to the department, the gas leak happened near the 80 block of Fairmont Road. A 1-inch gas line was cut by a construction crew.
The gas company has been notified. The department said that there are no evacuations or injuries at this time.
