Asheville PD anticipates protests Wednesday evening

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WSPA) – Asheville Police Department officials said officers are anticipating protest events Wednesday evening.

“We support and respect an individual’s constitutional right to exercise free speech in a peaceful manner,” the police department said in a Facebook post. “We will stand by for anyone who may need assistance.”
