ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – The Honea Path Fire Department responded to a structure fire on Sunday in Anderson.
According to the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office, a call in relation to a fire came in around 12:25 p.m. near Goodrich St.
Firefighters were able to contain the fire.
Two people were taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation.
Crews said the source of the fire came from electrical storage from an extension cord inside the home.
