PICKENS COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – Pickens County Sheriff’s Office officials said former Sheriff C. David Stone died Tuesday.
According to the department’s Facebook post, Stone was 83-years-old.
Stone served as the Pickens County sheriff for 43 years, from 1969-2012.
No other details have been released.
