SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – A multi-car crash on Interstate 85 South has blocked two lanes in Spartanburg County.
According to the South Carolina Department of Transportation, the crash happened near mile marker 66.
The crash occurred around 7 a.m. Tuesday morning.
The crash has backed up traffic for five miles.
