SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA) – Babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit celebrated their first Halloween in Spartanburg.
The NICU nurses at Spartanburg Regional Hospital dressed the babies up.
Some of the babies were dressed up as superheroes, butterflies, or fall-themed characters.
