UNION CO., SC (WSPA) – A man has died after a crash Tuesday evening in Union County.
South Carolina Highway Patrol said the crash happened on Mt. Tabor Church Road near Pea Ridge Highway shortly before 6:30pm.
Troopers said a pickup truck ran off the left side of the road and hit a tree.
The driver of the truck was not wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene.
The Union County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as 55-year-old William C. Martin of Jonesville.
