SPARTANBURG COUNTY, SC (WSPA) – The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office said a woman died in a shooting on Tamara Way.

Deputies found one person deceased from an apparent gunshot wound when they responded to a shooting around 4 p.m. Tuesday. 

Spartanburg County Sheriff Chuck Wright identified the victim as Temisha Collier.

Wright said they are looking for a suspect in the shooting — Adrian A. McClintock — and said he is considered armed and dangerous.

McClintock, 40, is wanted on charges of murder and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.

According to Wright, McClintock is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs around 180 pounds.

McClintock is said to be driving a 2010 black Chevrolet Camero, with a South Carolina license plate number of: PDY 259

Anyone with information on McClintock’s whereabouts is asked to call the sheriff’s office or 911.
