Man arrested after barricading himself inside attic of home in Greenville Co.

GREENVILLE CO., S.C. (WSPA) – A man has been arrested after he barricaded himself inside a home on Wilma Drive, according to the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office.

When deputies arrived at the home to serve warrants to 26-year-old Joshua Charles Moore, three or four people came out of the house, but Moore did not follow.

Instead, he barricaded himself inside the attic of the home.

SWAT and a negotiator were called to the scene.

After a period of time, they were able to get Moore to come out of the house and surrender.

There were no reported injuries.

Moore had warrants for Failure to Comply (x3), Probation Violation, and Resisting Arrest.
