CHEROKEE Co., S.C. (WSPA) — Deputies have arrested a North Carolina man accused of exposing himself to a customer shopping at Gaffney store.
Jared Lee Austin Dysart Dysart, 22, of Mooresboro, N.C. is charged with two counts of indecent exposure, according to the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies had asked for the public’s help identifying the suspect who allegedly exposed himself at the cash register at the Dollar General on Bonner Road near Gaffney on Monday morning.
An anonymous caller tipped off deputies to the suspect.
The sheriff’s office says Dysart was arrested without incident after a traffic stop Tuesday night on Gregory Road.
A store employee told deputies that the man was purchasing items when he exposed himself at the cash register.
A female customer also reported the suspect followed her around the store and exposed himself multiple times.
