Man charged with multiple child sex crimes in Greenville Co.

GREENVILLE COUNTY, SC (WSPA) – The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office said a man has been arrested on multiple sex offenses with a minor charges.

According to sheriff’s office news release, the sheriff’s office’s Crimes Against Children Unit arrested Pascual Sebastian Juan, 64, following a complaint on Sept. 19.

The complaint was in regards to Juan’s behavior from 2011 to 2017.

Investigators learned that Juan had committed the acts of criminal sexual conduct on at least five victims, and said they are working to identify a possible sixth victim.

Juan was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 11 years of age, one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor 11-14 years of age, one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor 14-16 years of age, one count of kidnapping and other charges.

He was taken to the Greenville County Detention Center, where he is being held without bond.

According to the release, investigators are concerned that there might be other victims who have not come forward, and urge anyone who might have information to call Crime Stoppers of Greenvile at 23-CRIME, or leave a tip on the sheriff’s office’s app, which can be downloaded by texting GCSO to 95577.
