Man dies from fire after crash, Anderson Co. coroner says

ANDERSON CO., SC (WSPA) – The Anderson County Coroner’s Office said a man who died Saturday following a fiery crash Saturday died after his SUV caught on fire.

According to Coroner Greg Shore, Kenneth Bishon Glenn, 32, of Anderson was restrained and lost control of his vehicle and hit a tree.

Shore said Glenn survived the crash, but then died in the fire.

Glenn’s cause of death was smoke and thermal burns.

The crash happened on Masters Boulevard near Michelin Boulvard shortly around 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, according to SC Highway Patrol.
