CHARLOTTE – WBTV reports that Austin Kelligan, 19, has been charged with murder after a body was found on I-85 Southbound near Charlotte.
They report David Earl Brannon was hit by a vehicle and killed around 10:15 p.m. Wednesday night.
Investigators say there may have been a fight near the road before the man was struck by one or more vehicles, according to the Associated Press.
