Man pulled from Saluda River after falling in twice while fishing

PELZER, SC (WSPA) – Rescue crews were called to the Saluda River after a man fell into the water twice, Tuesday night.

According to a 7News crew at the scene, the man slipped into the river twice and both times was pulled from the river.

This happened at the Saluda River near Highway 8 in Greenville County.

The man, who was at the river fishing, was taken by ambulance to Greenville Memorial Hospital.
