Man wanted for allegedly making threats against Florence Police

FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – Florence Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who allegedly made threats against law enforcement officers. 

According to a press release from the Florence Police Department, the man pictured above allegedly made comments about being a “copy cat” of the deadly shooting in Vintage Place, Florence on Wednesday. 

One Florence Police Officer was killed in that shooting and six other law enforcement officers were injured. 

The press release says the man was a passenger in the truck pictured above and made the comments on Thursday
