GREENVILLE CO., SC (WSPA) – Greenville County deputies say the man accused of killing Jayla Thomas-Smith turned himself in, Tuesday.
20-year-old Deltravious Daquandra Howard is charged with Murder, Petit Larceny, Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime.
Thomas-Smith’s body was found near the intersection of Old Pelzer Road and Piedmont Highway on February 24.
