SPARTANBURG, SC (WSPA) – Two men working on a house were robbed at gun point, according to Spartanburg Police.

The victims say they were putting siding on a new house in the 500 block of Shilo Dr. when a man in gray shorts and a black shirt came up and asked if he could talk to the boss so he could get a job.

They told the man that the boss was away at the moment and wouldn’t be back for some time.

The man left and the workers went into the home’s garage after it started to rain.

They say the suspect came back and put a gun to one of the worker’s backs and said “give me your wallets.”

That victim gave the man his wallet and the suspect took out the money and threw the wallet on the ground.

The suspect then pointed the gun at the other victim and said “give it to me I’m not playing.”

The suspect took that victim’s wallet, took out the cash and threw the wallet on the ground.

He then ran out of the garage into the woods toward Kensington Manor.
