NC Gov. Cooper holds briefing on COVID-19, recent events

RALEIGH, NC (WSPA) – North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper will hold a media briefing this afternoon where he will address COVID-19, as well as recent events in the state.

According to the release, the briefing will be held at 2 p.m. at the Emergency Operations Center.
