BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WSPA) — The North Carolina Department of Transportation will provide an update Wednesday afternoon on their preparations for inclement weather expected for later this week.
Buncombe County Maintenance Engineer Chad Young is expected to field questions about NDCOT preparations 1:30 p.m. at the Buncombe County Maintenance Yard.
