GREENVILLE, SC (WSPA) – Greenville County Schools will not have bus transportation for students for the third consecutive day.

The district says most of their bus fleet is still in Charleston County on standby to transport last-minute evacuees.

Students who are coded as bus riders and cannot get transportation to school will be excused. Field trips have also been canceled.

The district says athletic events will go on as planned Friday night and through the weekend.

They expect that buses will be returned in time for normal routes on Monday.
