North Greenville University is opening their doors to families of their students that are fleeing Hurricane Matthew.
NGU has more than 200 students from the Lowcountry, and more than a dozen of their families have come to stay at the University.
The college has opened up their empty dorms and apartments, and they will be feeding the families through the weekend at the cafeteria.
NGU said it’s been great for the students, because they were worried about their families and their homes in the lowcountry.
The University also played the Citadel in Tigerville Thursday night, because the game was scheduled for Saturday in Charleston.
