(WSPA) – The state’s new Lt. Governor Pamela Evette is only the second woman to hold the office and the first female Republican to do so.
Democrat Nancy Stevenson was the first woman to hold the office under Gov. Dick Riley.
Evette lives in Travelers Rest and is the owner, president and CEO of Quality Business Solutions along with her husband.
