Parents eat 156 meals a year standing up

A new survey finds parents are often so busy they don’t sit down to eat!

The survey conducted for Jenny Craig, found they eat an average of 156 meals every year on their feet.  This could be because results found moms and dads spend 27 hours a week on basic parenting tasks and get just two hours of “me time.” Moms get even less: 56% of moms polled average less than 15 minutes a day of β€œme time.”

Nine out of 10 parents say they make unhealthy meal choices for themselves because they are too busy.
