Power outages restored in Anderson County after tree fell on lines

(WSPA) – A power outage impacting more than 1,000 Duke Energy customers in Anderson County has been restored.

The outages were first reported at 6:34 a.m. Friday in the Glen Eden Lane area near Hwy. 29.

Duke Energy says a tree fell on power lines, but crews were able to restore power by 9 a.m.
