Reported overnight shooting at night club, 1 injured in Greenville Co.

Greenville County deputies responded Saturday morning to a shooting threat that was made at Club Swagg.

At approximately 1 a.m., deputies went to the club located at 1418 White Horse Road after some had “threatened to shoot up the club,” according to the sheriff’s office. 

Upon arrival, deputies said that the parking lot was clearing out. Deputies said that they found shell casings outside of the business. 

A short time later, deputies received information that a gunshot victim, that was reportedly shot one time at Club Swagg, showed up to the Greenville Memorial Hospital, according to the sheriff’s office. 

The male victim is expected to recover from the gunshot wound, deputies said. 

Deputies will continue to investigate the incident.
