SPARTANBURG CO., S.C. (WSPA) – The race for Spartanburg mayor is not over yet.
Mayor Junie White and challenger Todd Horne will have a runoff election on Nov. 21.
White has served as the mayor for eight years. He ran unopposed four years ago, but faced Horne and Lekesa Whitner in Tuesday’s election.
