SC senior clogging again after spinal surgery

(WSPA) – A 91-year-old South Carolina woman is back on her feet doing what she loves.

WCSC reports Julia Tourtellotte started clogging in her 40s and still teaches it at a senior center in Summerville.

Tourtellotte had robotic spinal surgery last year due to pain in her leg.

After months of recovery, Tourtellotte reportedly returned to Trident Medical Center to reunite with her surgeon. The two even danced.

“She’s doing spectacular by any measure. If she was a 35-year-old person or a 91-year-old person, she is doing wonderful,” Dr. Sabino D’Agostino told the news station.
