COLUMBIA, SC (WSPA) – A Simpsonville man was arrested on charges connected to the exploitation of a minor, according to South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson said.
According to a news release, Lee Alexander Sprayberry, 31, was arrested on 10 charges, including one count of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and nine counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
Investigators with the Attorney General’s Office and Homeland Security Investigations assisted in the investigation and arrest of Sprayberry.
According to the release, investigators received a CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which led them to Sprayberry.
Investigators said Sprayberry distributed and possessed files of child pornography.
