News

Just a day before Veterans Day, leaders in Simpsonville said you can support veterans just by coming to a festival and having some fun.
The Red, White and Blues festival is a time to celebrate veterans with BBQ, music and more.

The festival entrance fee is $25 ahead or $35 at the door. Funds benefit Quilts of Valor, an organization awarding veterans with a hand made, personalized quilt and Upstate Honor Flight which sends veterans of WWII and the Korean War to see the monuments in Washigton D.C.
Organizers said you can expect live blues music from Mac Arnold, Hired Help, JL Fulks and the Carolina Beggers.
Henry’s Smokehouse will prepare a 200 lb hog and  Ron and Joan Bridges will offer a 1964 Mercedes at a car auction.

Mayor cutis said you may participate in a silent and live auction.
The festival runs from 4-10 PM on Nov 10 TH.
