SLED: Woman arrested after repeatedly crashing into car with husband, children

NEWBERRY, S.C. (WSPA) – South Carolina Law Enforcement Division agents arrested a Newberry woman for repeatedly crashing into a car that her husband was driving. 

According to arrest warrants, Heather Nicole Collins, 25, intentionally crashed her 2014 Jeep Patriot repeatedly into a 2013 Honda Civic that her husband was driving. 

Their two juvenile children were passengers in Collins’ Jeep at the time of the incident, according to arrest warrants. There was an adult passenger in the Honda as well. 

Collins was arrested and transported to the Newberry County Detention Center. 

She has been charged with domestic violence of high and aggravated nature, assault and battery of high and aggravated nature, two counts of unlawful neglect of a child and one count of malicious injury to private property.
