Stolen truck crashes, suspect runs in Greenville Co.; 1 driver hurt


GREENVILLE Co., S.C. (WSPA) — One person is hurt after a hit and run in Greenville County.

It happened around 7 a.m. Friday at the White Horse Road and Farrs Bridge Road intersection in Berea.

Highway Patrol says a person driving a stolen Ford F-250 was driving south on White Horse Road when they attempted to turn left on Farrs Bridge Road.

Troopers say the driver failed to yield the right of way and hit another vehicle, causing it to flip.

The driver was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

Troopers say the driver of the stolen truck ran from the scene and has not been caught.

The Ford F-250 was reported stolen out of Greenville County.
