(CNN) – The company Sun-Opta is recalling some of its sunflower kernels over a possible listeria contamination.

The recall affects brands such as Planters Sunflower Kernels and Dakota’s Best Biggy’z Roasted and Salted Kernels.

No one has reported being sick from the sunflower seeds so far. Listeria can cause a serious infection to the stomach and intestines. Symptoms include high fever, abdominal pain, and nausea. It is particularly dangerous for pregnant woman and children.

Consumers should not eat the seeds. If you purchased any of these products, take them back to the store where you bought them for a refund or throw them away.
