Teen charged in stabbing on North St. in Greenville

GREENVILLE, SC (WSPA) – A juvenile has been accused of stabbing someone in a domestic incident, according to Greenville Police.

It happened in the 2500 block of North Street on August 17 around 1:10 a.m.

According to the report, police arrived at the scene and found the victim on the floor at the doorway with stab wounds to the head and shoulder. They also found the suspect on his back in the living room of the apartment with his hands in the air.

The knife used was thrown over the back fence of the apartment before 911 was called, the police report says.

A 16-year-old was arrested and charged with Assault and Battery-High / Aggravated.

Police will not be releasing the suspect’s name because they are a juvenile.
