GREENVILLE COUNTY, SC (WSPA)– South Carolina Highway Patrol is responding to a wreck on interstate 85 northbound in Greenville County.
Troopers say the incident happened shortly after 10AM near exit 46, Mauldin Road exit.
According to the SCHP website, there were injuries in this wreck.
