(WSPA) — The St. Paddy’s Day Dash and Bash, the Greenville St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Irish Festival, and Sesame Street Live is this weekend.
Lace up your running shoes and don’t forget to wear your green for the St. Paddy’s Day Dash and Bash. It’s happening Saturday morning from 8 AM until 12 PM at Flour Field on the west end of Greenville. Walk or run the 5K, there will also be a kids fun run. You can register at the event for $35. It benefits the beneficiaries of the Palmetto Children’s Charity.
After the race, you can continue the celebrations at the Greenville St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Irish Festival. The parade kicks off Saturday at 11 AM from county square and it will end at 1 PM. The festival will be from 11 AM until 6 PM at Noma Square. They’ll have live music, Irish dancing and Irish food.
Big Bird, Elmo, Cookie Monster and the rest of the gang are coming to the Bon Secours Wellness Arena for Sesame Street Live. There’s a show Friday at 6 PM and two shows on Saturday, one at 10:30 AM and another at 2:30 PM.
