(WSPA) — Artisphere, Zoom Through the Zoo and the Trails and Tails 5K is happening this weekend.

It’s all about art, food and music this weekend in Greenville. Artisphere kicks off at noon Friday and lasts through Sunday. They’ll have artwork from over 130 local, regional and national artists. You won’t want to miss demo row where you can see how artists blow glass or work with metal. In Falls Park they’ll have art in action where artists combine art and music. They’ll even have an abstract balloon sculpture, a kidsphere, live music on three stages and food.

Runners have the chance to Zoom Through the Zoo. It’s a 5K race through the Greenville Zoo and it’s also a fundraiser for the Zoo. Along with the 5K they’ll have a kids fun run. The kids run begins at 8AM Saturday morning followed by the 5K at 8:15AM. All participants will get a complimentary ticket to the zoo. Online registration is closed but you can register at Fleet Feet on Augusta St. from 4PM to 7PM Friday. Registration costs $25 for adults but only $5 for kids.

The Tails and Trails 5K is happening at Conestee Park in Greenville. It all benefits homeless animals and aims to make Greenville county a no kill community. Walk or run the 5K it only costs $30. You can register or just donate to the cause online.
