Wofford men’s bball game at Stanford canceled due to air quality from wildfires


(WSPA) – Wofford College’s men’s basketball game against Stanford University has been canceled due to the California wildfires.

The game was scheduled for 10 p.m. on Friday at Stanford.

“Due to the poor air quality from the California wildfires, Friday’s men’s basketball contest between Wofford and Stanford has been canceled,” according to Wofford officials. “Wofford will now return to the court on Sunday, traveling to Norman, Oklahoma, to face the Sooners at 2 p.m.
