Woman dies after being hit in Seneca parking lot

SENECA, SC (WSPA) – An Upstate woman died after she was hit by a car in a parking lot in Seneca on Sunday afternoon.

The Oconee County coroner identified the victim as Pamlia Crispo, 68, of Westminster.

Coroner Karl Addis said Crispo was hit by a slow moving vehicle in the parking lot of Home Depot on Sandifer Boulevard. Crispo was knocked to the pavement and hit her head.

She later died at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital. 

The S.C. Highway Patrol investigated the crash. 

Troopers say Crispo was walking across the drive when she was hit by a driver attempting to turn left. Neither the driver nor two passengers in her car were hurt, according to troopers. 

Crispo’s death has been ruled an accident.
