DUNCAN, S.C. (WSPA) – A woman was arrested after Spartanburg County deputies responded to a child abuse complaint in Duncan.

Deputies responded on April 26 to Addleston Way for a DSS complaint of child abuse.

Jennifer Abrahams-Wilber, 42, of Duncan, admitted to hitting a 3-year-old boy in the face with her open hand, according to the incident report. She said she hit the boy to get his attention because he was not listening to her when she was speaking.
