Women need more sleep than men says study


Britain’s leading sleep expert says in a new study that on average woman need more sleep than men. 

In the article posted in the “Daily Mail” Dr. Jim Horne states that, women should be getting about 20 more minutes of sleep than men. 

The researcher pointed out that women tend to multi-task and use more of their brain throughout the day more than men. This means they need more time to rest.
