WWII Vet skydives for 91st birthday

COWPENS, S.C. (WSPA) – An Upstate World War II veteran wanted to do something extra special in honor of a big birthday.

On the very day of Conrad Lipscomb’s 91st birthday, he decided to go skydiving.

Lipscomb says half the people call him brave, the other half call him crazy. This skydive was his third time jumping in the past few years.

β€œI said well, I guess another skydive would be good, cause I enjoy it, so that’s how it come to be on my birthday,” Lipscomb explained.

He hopes to skydive again soon.
