Greer assistant coach Roy Ravenell has told Yellow Jackets head coach Will Young that he’s moving on to guide the Southside High School program.
Ravenell replaces Jeremy West, who recently left to become athletic director at Westside.
It’s Ravenell’s first head coaching job at an area high school.
Southside has yet to formally announce the hiring.
