Porter Introduced As Head Coach At Greenville High

High School Football

Former Hillcrest High School head coach Greg Porter met his new team at Greenville High Thursday morning.

Porter replaces David Crane, who recently took over at Seneca.

Porter is Hillcrest’s winningest coach all-time and in his nine seasons there compiled a record of 65-45 and led the Rams to the Big 16 state title in 2014, their lone state crown.

In 11 seasons as a head coach, with a two-year stint at Southside High prior to landing at Hillcrest, Porter is 75-56.
