Chef’s Kitchen – Bananas Foster


Shopping List
1/4 cup of butter
2/3 cup of dark brown sugar
3 1/2 tbsp. of brandy
1/2 tsp. of vanilla
Pinch of cinnamon
3 bananas (chopped)
Vanilla bean ice cream

Melt butter and brown sugar in saute pan until it lightly bubbles.
Add bananas and carmelize.
Deglaze pan with brandy and vanilla and flambe.
Serve over vanilla bean ice cream.
