Chef’s Kitchen – Goat Cheese Bucatini in Chicken Consomme


Shopping List
1 lb bucatini pasta
1/2 cup goat cheese
2 tbsp roasted red peppers
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup white wine
2 tbsp basil leaves
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice

Saute garlic in olive oil, deglaze with white wine and reduce.
Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
